By accessing and using AI Signature Generator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Signature Generator provides an online signature generation tool. The basic tool is free and runs locally in your browser. A Pro Pack is available as a one-time purchase for premium features. All free tool processing is client-side; we do not store, transmit, or process your data on our servers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the tools to process illegal, malicious, or harmful content. You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the Service through automated scripts, excessive requests, or denial-of-service attacks. We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

AI Signature Generator name, logo, website design, and original content are our intellectual property. The free tool and Pro Pack tool are provided for use; the underlying source code and content remain protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute substantial portions of the Service without permission.

5. User Content

All tool input (signatures drawn or typed) is processed entirely in your browser and never transmitted to our servers. We do not access, store, or claim ownership of any content you process through our tools.

6. Pro Pack Purchases and Refund Policy

The Pro Pack is a one-time purchase of $6.90 USD that unlocks premium signature styles, high-resolution exports, and a commercial use license. No recurring subscription is required.

  • Payments are processed securely through Creem, our third-party payment processor and Merchant of Record.
  • Pricing is clearly displayed before purchase. You will have the opportunity to review and confirm charges before completing a purchase.
  • Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your Pro Pack purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@aisignaturetool.com for a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed through Creem and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as our payment processor Creem). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. You use the tools at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Signature Generator and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, lost profits, or any damages resulting from errors in tool output.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted on the homepage. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. For users in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights.
